時下益々ご清栄のこととお慶び申し上げます。平素は格別のご高配を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。
さて、昨年も2,400名以上の方々にご来場頂いたチャリティーバザーでございますが、本年度は、下記の要領にて開催することとなりました。

今年度は、ICONSIAM様のご協力により、昨年度の約２倍の広さとなるSURALAI HALLを会場としてご提供頂けることとなりました。さらに　新たな取り組みとして、開催日程も２日間とし、会場の特徴を活かし、昨年以上に、日本の方だけでなく、広くタイの方々にもご来場頂けるような様々な取り組みをおこない、バザーでの収益を日本人社会としてタイ社会へより多く貢献できるよう努めてまいります。また、開期は２日間となりましたが、ブース価格（基本価格）は昨年度と同額にて提供させていただくことになりました。賛助会員の皆様には、一般出店価格よりお得な価格設定となっております。未入会の企業様におかれましては、この機会にぜひご入会についてご検討いただけますと幸甚です。

※ブースの場所は、日本人会側で調整させて頂きます。
※チャリティーバザーの純利益はチャリティー基金運営委員会で検討され、タイの福祉施設などに寄付されます。
※売り上げの一部について、ご寄付をご検討いただけますと幸いです。

We hope this letter finds you in good health and prosperity. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support. The charity bazaar, which welcomed more than 2,400 visitors last year, will once again be held this year as in the details below.

This year, with the cooperation of ICONSIAM, we will be able to use the SURALAI HALL, a venue twice the size of last year's. As part of a new initiative, we will hold the event for two days, and by taking advantage of the characteristics of the venue, we will implement various measures to attract not only Japanese people but also Thai people more than last year. We are implementing various initiatives not only to attract more Japanese than last year but also to welcome a broader Thai, with the aim of maximizing the revenue from the bazaar. Although the event will be held for two days, the booth price (basic price) will remain the same as last year. Additionally, members will be offered a special price below the standard rate. We hope that companies that have not yet joined our membership would take this opportunity to consider joining us.

We sincerely apologize for reaching out during your busy schedule. However, we would be truly grateful if you could review the booth guidelines and kindly consider participating in the event. Your participation would be highly valued, and we deeply appreciate your support.

*2: This fee is for providing tables and chairs at the booth. (Table size is 180 x 45 x 75 or 180 x 75 x 75)
*2: Due to venue regulations, additional desks and chairs must be prepared by exhibitors.
 
*Each section will be provided with one 5 Amp power outlet. Additional outlets are available at extra charge.
*Booth locations will be arranged by the Japanese Association.
*The net profits from the charity bazaar will be reviewed by the Charity Fund Management Committee and donated to charitable organizations in Thailand.
*We would appreciate it if you would consider contributing a portion of your sales proceeds to charity.
